As with any youth sports, there are expenses that our team incurrs throughout the season. These expenses include things such as insurance premiums, meet equipment (computer, printer, speakers, starter, stopwatches, etc), lane lines, practice equipment, coach salaries and many other incidentals that arise during the season. To help fund our team while keeping registration costs as low as we can, we hold two main fundraisers during the season. These are required fundraisers that have a minimum buyout amount. In addition to these, we will also hold some other fundraisers such as restaurant nights throughout the season. BUSINESS SPONSORS
Our Business Sponsors are our biggest source of income. We are grateful to live in an area full of such generous businesses. Our Business Sponsor fundraiser is a mandatory fundraiser for all families. You must obtain at least one business sponsor. If you are unable to obtain a business sponsor, then you will be responsible for paying a $150 buyout fee. Please see our Business Sponsor page for our current sponsors. DOLPHIN SWIM
Our Dolphin Swim is a fun "Swim-A-Thon" type event that we hold one evening at the pool. Swimmers will get a pledge form where they solicit pledges from friends and family for each lap they swim (flat donations are ok, too!)! They will then attempt to swim as many laps as possible in a given time frame. The more laps they swim, the more money they make! They will receive beads for all of the laps they swim and our top earners will receive various gift cards at our end of season picnic! This is a mandatory fundraiser with a minimum of $50 raised per family. See our Dolphin Swim page for more information and to get a head start on collecting your pledges!
