It is a BCSA requirement that all swimmers be a member of the pool they compete with. All swimmers are required to obtain a membership to the Kutztown Borough Pool. Membership can be purchased at the Kutztown Borough Hall.

Dolphins swimmers recieve a discounted individual rate of $110.
Swim team memberships include full access to the pool during public hours.
