We're Hiring!

We've got some incredibly exciting news to share about the Summer 2026 season!

We are thrilled to confirm that our awesome coaches, Lauren O'Brien and Heather Masemore, will both be returning to the team in Summer 2026! Lauren and Heather have built such a strong, positive, and successful program, and their return is fantastic news for all our swimmers.

While they are committed to coming back, they are hoping to do so in a slightly different capacity. Due to commitments and interests off the pool deck, they've partnered with the parent board to make a proactive move:

 We are starting the search for the next Kutztown Dolphins Head Coach!
This plan means we get the best of both worlds. The new head coach will work right alongside Lauren and Heather throughout the 2026 summer. Our returning coaches will actively support, mentor, and guide the new leader, making sure we have a super smooth transition while keeping that awesome continuity and coaching excellence they’ve established.

We Need Your Help to Find Our Next Coach!

We all know word-of-mouth is the absolute best way to recruit for our team, and that goes for coaches, too!

So, we are asking every family to help us spread the word. Do you know a teacher, a great college student, an experienced swimmer, or just someone in the community who has awesome coaching skills and a real passion for summer swimming? 

We know that change can feel big, but please know that the parent board, Lauren, and Heather are all working hard together to ensure this is a super smooth, fun, and successful transition for every single Dolphin. Our top priority is always making the summer season a safe, competitive, and positive experience for your kids!
